A next-generation electrolyte manufacturing facility, purpose-built for the heart of the French battery valley.
Hauts-de-France · FranceNordic Lyte is developing a state-of-the-art plant producing high-purity electrolytes for lithium and sodium batteries. Designed around closed, low-emission processes and powered increasingly by on-site solar, the facility pairs industrial scale with a clean, efficient footprint — ready to supply Europe's fast-growing battery manufacturers.
A high-bay production hall steps down to a two-storey office and laboratory wing — a compact, efficient envelope clad in light composite panels with a welcoming, glazed entrance. Rooftop solar contributes to the plant's energy from day one.

The ~11,000 m² plot brings together the production building, a bunded tank farm with ISO-container unloading, dedicated truck circulation, employee parking and a secured perimeter — all laid out for safe handling of chemicals and smooth daily logistics.

A bright, ~15 m clear-height production hall houses stainless process skids, mixing and storage vessels and an overhead travelling crane, served by an integrated quality-control laboratory. Closed processes keep emissions low and the working environment clean.

If you are sourcing or developing industrial land in the French battery valley, here is what an ideal Nordic Lyte plot offers.
Minimum ~60 m on the shortest side, with reasonable flexibility in form factor.
Zoned for industrial activity permitting chemistry handling and storage.
Connecting roads approved for the transport of hazardous goods.
Closeness to port preferred; rail access a valued secondary option.
Power connection in the 2–5 MW range at roughly 11 kVAC.
Hauts-de-France region, close to the emerging European battery cluster.
